Benefits
what is hypnotherapy?
a combination of psychotherapy and hypnosis designed to relax and focus the mind and make the listener more receptive to positive suggestions, leading to a more present, and fulfilling life
what are the benefits?
hypnotherapy helps you regain control over your mind and body and is known for its power in:
– creating positive changes in behavior and wellbeing
– facilitating the elimination of bad habits
– managing recurring symptoms of stress
what is the science behind it?
brain scan studies have shown that hypnosis activates areas of the brain associated with absorption, the brain-body connection, and disassociation.
hypnotherapy harnesses these associations to help you change how you experience triggers & their symptoms.

Have a questions?
How is it different from guided meditation? Hypnotherapy is similar to guided meditation, but many find it easier. guided meditation requires more focus to observe and/or dismiss thoughts, whereas hypnotherapy lulls you into a deeper brain state. in this state of pure relaxation, you can passively engage and allow your brain to decide what it wants to consciously listen to and what it can cope with. you may not think you’re doing it correctly, but you are.
Is it safe? will I wake up? Hypnotherapy has been extensively studied and has proven to be safe for most people. hypnotherapy puts you into a transient state, similar to what you experience during meditation, driving, or even reading a good book. in fact, people go in and out of transient states several times throughout the day. while stereotypes of hypnosis may lead you to believe the process takes control of you, it’s actually the opposite. hypnotherapy gives you increased control over your mind and body. A therapist or guide cannot make you do anything you don’t want to do in this state. You will always wake up from a trance.
How does hypnotherapy work? The unique state of hypnosis allows a person to be more susceptible to suggestions because the brain is more receptive. therefore, hypnotherapy can drive positive behavior change, eliminating habits like smoking or nail-biting, and help shift perceptions and sensations, helping to manage experiences such as pain. hypnotherapy has also been proven to help people develop a stronger sense of self, which helps create a more fulfilling life experience. the suggestions you receive during your wavly sessions will be directly correlated with your goals and can be further personalized to fit your preferences and needs, so that the content.
What can hypnotherapy do? The real question is “what are the limitations of hypnotherapy?”, but here are some tried and tested examples of what hypnotherapy can help you achieve: develop and follow a daily routine, recover from a divorce/break-up, eliminate stress eating habits, eliminate smoking habits, build confidence in the workplace, increase self-love, reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and much more.
